CitywideLink Communities

A private portal for your residents and your team.

Residents report maintenance and community issues with photos and follow each one until it’s fixed. Your staff get one queue with assignments, internal notes and announcements. For apartment communities, HOAs, condos, neighborhood associations and property managers.

Apply to Create Your Community Find Your CommunityExplore Features

Applying is free, and every community is reviewed by CitywideLink before it opens. Community reports stay inside your community: they don’t appear on the public CitywideLink map and aren’t sent to government departments.

Apartments

Give residents one place to report maintenance, track work orders, and read building notices. Unit-interior requests stay private between the resident and management.

For residents

  • Report an issue with photos, a category, and your building, unit or a shared area
  • Check similar open reports first, and mark “I’m affected too” instead of filing a duplicate
  • Keep unit and sensitive issues private: only you, management and assigned staff can see them
  • Get in-app, email or push updates when staff reply or change the status, and turn community updates off anytime
  • Confirm a fix, or reopen the report if the problem comes back

For management

  • One queue with statuses, priorities, due dates and staff-only internal notes
  • New reports routed automatically to the least-busy team member for that category or building
  • Announcements for the whole community or one building, with pinning, scheduling and expiry
  • Invitations by email, shareable link or QR code, with expiry dates, usage limits and revocation
  • A dashboard for overdue work and staff workload, an activity log, and CSV export
  • A portfolio view across every property you manage
